Start Up: Business Bootcamp
Four weeks of evenings that take an idea and turn it into a business you could actually open. Structure instead of more advice.

Four weeks, one business model
A hands-on program that turns an idea into a business you can launch. Runs as a paced four-week cohort or Fully Virtual and self-paced — same curriculum either way. The spine of the four weeks is the Business Model Canvas — you leave with your own filled in, not a template. Along the way: what kind of business you are actually building, how it is structured, who needs to be in your corner, and what changes the day you stop being an employee.
Who it is for
People pre-launch, or just launched, who want structure rather than more advice.
How it runs
Four weekly sessions in the evening, either Thursdays or Sundays depending on the cohort, at our Cookeville location. Small enough that you get asked about your own business.
Cost
This one is paid, unlike the coaching and the lunches. A seat in an in-person cohort is $199. Fully Virtual is $250.

Paced, with people
You work through the same online curriculum, and you also meet once a week in Cookeville while you do it. That is the whole difference: the pace is set for you, and there are other people going through it at the same time who will ask how you got on. Four weeks of evenings, $199. It starts on a date, so you need to be able to make four of them.
On your own · $250
Fully Virtual
Exactly the same curriculum, at whatever speed suits you, for $250. Create an account and start from anywhere in the Upper Cumberland — or anywhere at all. Nothing to schedule and nobody to keep up with. Your progress saves as you go, so it does not matter whether you finish it in two weeks or over a whole season.
Pick one — the material is identical, so there is nothing to gain from doing both. The only question is whether you want the pace set for you, with people alongside, or would rather set it yourself. They start in different places, too: a cohort takes an application and we come back to you about a seat, while Fully Virtual you begin yourself, with no application and nothing to wait for.

Not sure it is the right thing yet?
Start with a free coaching session, or come to a lunch. Plenty of people do that first and sign up for a cohort months later.
