November Lunch Club — Chelsea Dartez

Over the last four years, Upper Cumberland Lifestyle has grown from a single quarterly publication in Cookeville to four publications serving four different communities. While the work is incredibly rewarding, it comes with its share of challenges, from managing personalities and balancing the expectations of readers and advertising partners to navigating the ever-increasing costs of doing business. Every day brings something new, and learning to navigate the complexities of growth while staying true to our mission has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of the journey.
