Although registration will be available online and at the Fall Fun Fest, the competition itself takes place independently. Participants will run their lemonade stands on their own from September 7 to October 7. This format allows them to experience the real-world challenges of managing a small business.
How Kids Can Participate
Participants will begin by registering online or at the Fall Fun Fest. After that, the fun begins! Kids will design their own lemonade stand, create a recipe, budget their expenses, set pricing, and market their product. They’ll have the freedom to choose when and where to set up their stands, giving them a taste of entrepreneurial decision-making.

The competition offers exciting prizes for the top performers:
- Grand Prize: The winning lemonade stand will be crowned the official Lemonade Stand of the Made Here Market. The winner will receive $200, a trophy, a feature in local media, and all Made Here Market fees will be waived.
- Runner-Up: The second-place winner will receive $100, a certificate of achievement, and will act as a standby if the Grand Prize winner cannot serve as the official lemonade stand at the Made Here Market.
